Last week we made Olaf, paper snowflakes, and frozen book marks. We also had kids enjoy our basketball club where we scrimmaged and worked on dribbling, our crochet club where kids are continuing to show improvement, and our science club where we looked at the difference between science and liquids. It was another fun week here at Y-Care!
Child care provided by the Y is more than looking after kids. It’s about nurturing their development by providing a safe place to learn foundation skills and develop healthy, trusting relationships. At the Y School Age Care program, kids can explore their unique talents and interests helping them to realize their potential. That makes for confident kids today and contributing to engaged adults tomorrow.

Week of Dec. 1
Last week at Y-Care we talked about how kids can help their parents around the house and made character logos. We had a lot of fitness related activities take place last week from basketball club, the CATCH program, adventure to fitness, and the parent vs. kids dodgeball game! The dodgeball game was so much fun and I am very thankful for all the families that
came out to join us for such a fun event!
